These bolts are made with permission from Isaac Blackburn to the exact same specifications as the Blackburn Tools saw bolts because I think this design is a superior design than any other saw bolt design. These bolts will come with two grooved lock washers that are used under the head of the bolt to lock it into place. The washers will have a sharper side and that side should be facing the metal. There is only need for one of these washer to be used, the second is a back up washer just in case you loose the first or if the hole for the bolt was drilled slightly too deep you can add that second washer to bring the bolt flush.
